Service

AIOrchestra provides a managed AI workroom for client projects, including agent-assisted research, marketing planning, content preparation, analytics, CRM intake, review workflows, integrations, and operational learning loops.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, product truth, approvals, credentials, connected accounts, and any decision to publish, send, deploy, spend, or otherwise use AIOrchestra output externally.

Human approval gates

AIOrchestra is designed around review and approval boundaries. Unless a client has explicitly enabled a safe direct action flow, outputs return for Human Final Touch before live publication, external sending, spending, or production changes.

Integrations

Clients may connect third-party services such as Google, communication platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or publishing targets. The client must have the right to connect those accounts and may revoke access at the provider or AIOrchestra level.

Costs

AIOrchestra may include platform fees, team rental, workflow usage, and external provider costs. External provider costs are shown separately where relevant and may depend on connected services, message volume, AI usage, or third-party pricing.

No guaranteed outcome

AIOrchestra improves workflow, visibility, and learning, but does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, approvals, grants, legal outcomes, or market results.

Acceptable use

Clients must not use AIOrchestra to violate law, bypass account permissions, process data without authority, send abuse, publish misleading claims, or perform unsafe live actions.
