What data we process

We process account, contact, project, workflow, analytics, integration, and communication data needed to configure and operate a managed AI workroom for a client project.

If you connect third-party services such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Gmail, or other business tools, AIOrchestra processes the data needed to provide the requested workflow, review, reporting, and learning functions.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, run client-approved workflows, prepare review items, provide analytics, improve agent behavior, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, and support client-requested integrations.

AIOrchestra does not publish, send external messages, spend money, or make live production changes without the relevant approval gate.

Google data

When Google access is connected, AIOrchestra uses Google data only for the scopes approved by the user, such as analytics reporting, search visibility diagnostics, Gmail-based CRM intake, or related client-requested workflow support.

Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and may be revoked by disconnecting the integration or removing AIOrchestra access from the Google account.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained while they are needed for the client project, audit trail, billing, safety, and service continuity. You may request deletion or export of project data by contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, AI, analytics, or communication providers only as needed to operate AIOrchestra and the connected client workflow.

Changes

We may update this policy as AIOrchestra evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
